The University has two pension plans: UVic Pension Fund established in 1968, which includes the Combination Plan (faculty) and Money Purchase Plan (PEA); and Staff Pension Plan established in 1972 (other staff), established in 1968. The Plans are administered by Accounting Services, and managed by John Levy, who was appointed Manager of Pension Administration in 1992.
