General note

The four volumes of the newspaper "Solidaridad Obrera" have been catalogued:

General note

Note from donor: “They include two packets of bound newspapers (issues of Solidaridad Obrera), two boxes of transcripts and xeroxes from archives (mostly Salamanca, but also from various libraries in Barcelona), and two boxes of assorted other materials: these include about 50 tapes of interviews (not all of them transcribed), which I hope you'll be able to digitize, multiple research fieldnote notebooks, copies of articles and of issues of Mujeres Libres which I used for the book, photos, and also two sets of bibliography/index cards to the materials that are in the boxes of transcripts and xeroxes (I couldn't fit them in with the transcripts and xeroxes, themselves). They are pretty primitive--what I used to find materials 25 years ago!-- but should help anyone who wants to locate what is in the folders of materials.”
