Collection includes photographs of parades and drills taken by the Department of National Defence; photocopies of military order of the 1st Canadian Army during World War II; copies of intelligence tests administered by the Canadian Armed Forces; correspondence, maps, daily reports and copies of morale reports of the Canadian Militia Training Centre No. 111, Gordon Head Camp, together with some photos; booklet of poems by R.W. Day of Sidney Camp; orders for Operation Overlord (D-Day) and other military orders of the 16th (Canadian Scottish) Infantry Battalion; and, miscellaneous reports (including those related to the Dieppe raid), brochures and reference material; Militia Orders (photocopy) 1899; "Secret War Diary" 1-31 May 1941, 6th Cdn. Infantry Brigade; 102 Battalion, 7th platoon roll book, 1896.

The collection consists of photocopies of a bio of Edward Philip Leacock, dated 2000, mostly concerning his life in Canada 1879-1894, together with a map of southern Manitoba. Also included are photocopies of 4 Leacock letters to his family in England, a photocopy of an article about "Stephen Leacock's Remarkable Uncle" from the Beaver, Dec 1986, and a photocopy from a Parks brochure for Saskatchewan.

Fonds consists of research files for his private consulting work, with some material by colleagues and students from the Centre for Public Sector Studies mixed in. Most of the files contain photocopies of studies and submission by native bands and organizations, government documents and reports, journal articles, brochures, and clippings. Many have been originally marked as attachments, but some of the number sequences are no longer complete. There are very few holograph markings or notes, and hardly any manuscript material.
