Biographical history
Lieutenant-Colonel Eric Henry William Elkington, M.D. served during World War I and II with the Canadian Army Medical Corps, the Royal Army Medical Corps, and the Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps. Elkington was also part of the Canadian Siberian Expeditionary Force (C.S.E.F.) sent to Vladivostok during the Russian Revolution.
