Fonds reflects Siebner’s intellectual and philosophical interests and ideas on art and life; his interactions with galleries, friends, family and patrons; travels; involvement in the Limners; pre-publication work for his monographs and other books; promotion and sale of art; and public art commissions. The fonds consists of personal writing and poetry, correspondence, sales lists, inventories, exhibition announcements, sketches, clippings, photographs, film and video, prints and drawings.
Fonds consists of manuscripts, correspondence, family documents, photographs, memorabilia about Georgia and Abkhazi family, and miscellaneous pamphlets. The manuscripts include a typescript of "Manuscript of (Mrs.) Peggy Pemberton-Carter written during internment in Lunghua Prison Camp, Shanghai", accompanying watercolours by Deirdre Fee and Lilian Schlee; typescript of "Dragon Aunt Remembers, 1900-1980", unpublished; photocopy of typescript "The Curious Cage", and an extensive photograph collection of the development of the Abkhazi garden.

Fonds includes proposal for a theatre project at Fort Steele and related correspondence, membership contracts with the cast, audition forms, press releases, financial records, floor plans, lighting and sound instructions, newsclipping with reviews of play, Parks Board historical notes, final reports by Murray Edwards and Tony Bukowiecki, and designs of the Wild Horse Summer Theatre logo; publicity photographs; slides of historic scenes in southeastern B.C., used in "The Life and Death of Sneaky Fitch", and slides of cast members at Fort Steele Park; and taped performances of "The Life and Death of Sneaky Fitch".
The fonds consists of materials that are reflective of the functions and activities of the Bastion Theatre Company of British Columbia, previously operating as the Bastion Theatre Studio and the Victoria Theatre Studio, arranged into eight series: Board records, 1963-1989; Employment records, 1968-1988; Education records, 1965-1988; Marketing records, 1965,1969, 1974-1988; Administrative records, 1963-1988; Financial records, 1963-1989; Fundraising records, 1965-1989; and Production records, 1965-1989.
Collection consists of material compiled by Elsie Allan concerning theatre in Victoria and other locations in B.C. and in England. The collection includes notebooks of annotated scripts, scripts of plays, announcements and notices of meetings of the Victoria Theatre Guild, programmes of amateur and professional performances in Victoria, New York, and England, and programmes of the British Columbia, Dominion, Kelowna, and Vancouver Island Drama Festivals.
Also includes Allan's photographs of Victoria and Field, B.C., Camp Petawawa, Salisbury, England, France and unidentified B.C. locations during World War I. Many of the photographs depict the military.
Fonds consists of records documenting the administrative and operational activities of the society including general business files, correspondence, financial records, personnel files, publicity, outreach and reviews, scripts, graphic records, audio and video tapes, scrapbooks and posters, and logbooks and notebooks.
Fonds documents the activities of the Victoria Limners Society from 1972-2008 and includes correspondence, meeting minutes, financial records and society filings. It also contains records related to various group exhibits, including the Limners’ 25th anniversary exhibition in 1996, as well as records related to a book and video produced about the group. A small number of newspaper clippings, exhibition pamphlets, various editions of a booklet on the Limners Society artists and black and white photographs showing Limner members at exhibitions and meetings can be found in this fonds. This fonds has been arranged into into six series: 1) letters; 2) minutes; 3) financial records; 4) society filings; 5) 25th anniversary exhibition; and 6) publications and graphic materials.
