Series consists of records from productions by the Bastion Theatre Company of British Columbia, arranged into six sub-series: Mainstage productions, 1975-1988; Prompt scripts, 1965-1988, predominantly 1974-1988; Play scripts, 1980-1988; Studio productions, 1976-1988; Production planning, 1965-1988; and Photographs, 1963-1988. Included in this series are scripts, musical scores, correspondence, contracts, production notes, applications, budgets, schedules, floor plans, photographs, and slides.
Fonds consists of correspondence, reports, clippings, photographs and hand-drawn maps that document Madsen's involvement in various environmental campaigns in the Okanagan region. Campaigns include: Bodega Head, 1962; Brent Mountain, 1961-92; Spotted Lake, 1978-89; Trout Creek, 1972-93; and Uranium, 1971-95. The fonds also includes several files on the Sierra Club, 1971-83; and the Okanagan Similkameen Parks Society, 1966-69; and 4 chalk drawings of landscapes.
Fonds consists of a scrapbook of samples of children's school work, including drawings, writing, maps, arithmetic and agricultural exercises (1912-1925); 5 paintings; and Christmas concert programmes from Grand Rapids School (1922-1924) and French Bay School (1925-1931). The French Bay programmes include class photographs for two years. The scrapbook contains some loose material and is in poor condition.
The fonds consists of Monk's army service and course certificates and correspondence with the Monk family, records of the commander of the Gordon Head camp, and the Seattle liaison officer concerning the 5th Regiment and other army and business matters; personal records, including correspondence regarding a new Canadian flag, notes on the Monk family tree, insurance and investment records; photographs of Monk with officers and with Sir Arthur Currie, and drawings of proposed new flags for Canada.

Series consists of materials generated by the Seaweed Inventory Project, a major research project conducted by Dr. Austin and Robert Adams, research assistant and colleague. In 1972 and 1974, the project launched a survey of the seaweed along BC coastal waters. The series is complete record of the research project and includes original data, vegetation maps, reports, films and photographs, correspondence, field notes, reference literature, and other materials reflective of the activities of the researchers and project outcomes. The fonds consists of records produced by Skelton during the course of his life and career, documenting his activities as a poet, scholar, teacher, prose fiction writer, critic, editor and white witch. Records relate to activities including his co-founding of the University of Victoria Department of Creative Writing, his editorship of "The Malahat Review", his involvement with the Lotus Press in England and the Pharos Press and Sono Nis Press in Victoria, his collaboration with Ann Saddlemyer on the "Collected Works of J. M. Synge" and "The World of W. B. Yeats", a symposium and exhibition held in 1965 honouring the centenary of Yeats' birth, and his association with such writers as Wilfred Rowland Childe and Bonamy Dobree. Skelton's correspondents include T. S. Eliot, W.H. Auden, Robert Graves, Margaret Atwood, Earle Birney, Bonamy Dobree, Paul Theroux, Kathleen Raine and many others.
The fonds consists of the personal diaries kept by Lieutenant Colonel Bapty from 1935 to 1942, as well as a collection of various memorandums, reports, and ephemera from this period. It also contains addresses, essays and lectures given by Bapty on military matters, including modern developments in warfare, the Scottish regiments, discipline and leadership, Pacific problems during World War II, and the objectives of military training; records of the Canadian Scottish Regiment (Princess Mary's), 2nd Battalion, including slate of officers, lists of exercises, correspondence and operation orders; personal records of Walter Bapty, including commissions and certificates, personal correspondence, records relating to militia staff courses and nominal roll for officers in medical courses; newspapers and clippings dealing with Bapty's participation in the Boer War and World War II, and Bapty's obituary; drawing of Bapty, photograph of Mrs. Bapty, and photographs of Bapty with the Canadian Scottish Regiment.
