Included in this series are the records of the Marketing Committee, 1977-1988; brochures and other promotional ephemera; news releases and press clippings; scrapbooks; theatre programs; audio/visual recordings of radio advertisements, interviews, and theatre performances; and production posters.

Fonds consist primarily of the correspondence and manuscripts of Dr. Michael Waldichuk specific to environmental issues on the Canadian Pacific coast. The fonds consist of four series: Personal, Cine-film, Pacific Coast Entire, and Pacific Coast Regions. The Personal series contains correspondence, records containing information about Dr. Waldichuk’s academic and professional career, and a bibliography of publications written by Dr. Waldichuk. The Cine-film series consists of 275 metres of film documenting survey procedures, particularly at Crofton Pulp Mill. The Pacific Coast Entire series consists of documents relating to the Pacific Coast as a whole. Pacific Coast Region consists of documents organized into 15 sub-series identified by environmentally distinct regions. The fonds also contains publications received by Dr. Waldichuk in the course of his activities.

Textual materials include administrative records, correspondence, financial records, meeting notes, newsletters and newsmagazines, pamphlets, reports, proposals, and applications.

Series also contains acting portfolios with curricula vitae and portrait photographs.

Included in this series are materials pertaining to the operation and marketing of the Theatre School; teaching manuals and correspondence pertaining to the Craigflower Schoolhouse Project, 1986-1987; outreach program materials; and photographs of youth productions. The Youth tours sub-series contains materials generated through the Theatre's youth tour program, the largest in Canada at the time, including itineraries, correspondence, teacher kits, contracts, show programs, feedback questionnaires, and scripts.
