Fonds consists of four designs for the University of Victoria flag (1978) and other graphics, including preliminary sketches for the Chief Dan George wood mural and posters advertising theatrical productions; designs and plans for theatrical sets and stages (1964-1983), including the Phoenix Theatre Building, the Roger Bishop Theatre, and the Chief Dan George Theatre.

Fonds consists of the research files of the Victoria branch office, including project files, subject files, and posters.. The project files include reports, correspondence and newsclippings on: Carmanah, Kitlope, Khutzeymateen, Meares Island, South Moresby, Strathcona, Tatshenshini, Tsitika-Robson Bight. The subject files include the following titles: Forestry, Bears, Environment, Fisheries, Parks (Sooke), Pollution, and Water (G.V.W.D.).

Collection consists of posters arranged in series of posters produced by theatre groups: Phoenix Theatre, 1964-2003; Phoenix and Senior Secondary Summer Theatre Workshop, 1968-90; Company One Theatre, 1971-73; Fine Arts Festivals, 1971, 1983-86; Victoria Fair, 1969-71; Campus Players, 1966. All posters are arranged by date and title of production.

The fonds consists of office files and include budget, minutes, agendas, communication logs, policy files, posters and Women's Centre history. Also included are subject files which entail educational and activist undertakings relating to rallies, eating disorders, date rape, violence against women, women's rights, December 6 memorial vigil and racism.
