This sub-series covers Baker's involvement with summer drama schools during the 1960s and 1970s. It includes documents from the Manitoba High School Drama School, Manitoba Theatre School, Vancouver Island Summer School of the Arts and the Okanagan Summer School of the Arts, among others.
Subseries consists of correspondence regarding the formation on BTC's Board, internal memoranda concerning management crises, as well as interagency letters of interest. Single letters are arranged chronologically. Correspondence pertaining to BTC management during 1967 may be found in the Administration Series. The limited number of early correspondence documents may be attributed to the fact that several reside in Peter Mannering's personal papers.
Subseries consists mainly of selected typescript directories listing members and their contact addresses. Complete Board membership from l964 to 1988 may be ascertained by examining Correspondence (1.1) and Programs (8. ).
Subseries consists of three Board Manuals with organization charts, a 1 p.ts. Reading List, ca. 1981, and a guideline document from The Council for Business and the Arts in Canada, ca. 1984.
Subseries consists of minutes, meeting circulars, agendas are arranged chronologically according to the date of the meeting itself (where known). Documentation for the 1960s and 1970s is so sparse as to suggest files were either removed or lost, though the number and regularity of meetings increased over time.
Subseries consists of photocopies and some original loose leaves of certificates and resolutions enacted under the "Societies Act".
