The fonds consists of copies of a letter book of outgoing correspondence, 1904-1906, and typed transcripts of the letters. The letter book consists of Paul's outgoing correspondence, primarily to the Principal and Registrar of McGill University, the B.C. Superintendent of Schools, and Victoria College students and faculty.
The fonds consists of photocopies of holograph and typed manuscript, some very general recollections of education, 1900-1960; and a typescript of an interview with Campbell on the Provincial Normal School.
The notebook consists of lecture notes for a Household Science course taken at the Summer School for Teachers, Victoria B.C. The notebook includes detailed notes about sewing, including sample patterns and embroidery samples; and notes on cookery, housewifery and cleaning, including several basic recipes.
The fonds consists of records documenting Bishop's career as Head of the Department of English at the University of Victoria and the events surrounding the tenure crisis of the mid-1960s, as well as his activities on various university committees and off-campus organizations. Fonds includes correspondence, minutes of meetings, reports, copies of legislation relating to education, addresses, speeches and essays, booklets, broadsides, college calendars, newsclippings and genealogical material on the Bishop family.
Fonds consists of 2 series of monitoring data: Greater Victoria Water District reports prepared by the UVic Biology Department, UVic Studies 910402 - 950131 (1967-94); and phytoplankton count sheets obtained from CRD aquatic habitats and analysed by UVic Biology Department (1967-92).
