Fonds consists of research materials, manuscript notes, correspondence, etc. related to the preparation of "A Shakespeare Music Catalogue", a multi-volume reference work which documents published and unpublished music written from Shakespeare's time to the present and related in any way to Shakespeare's life and works, and provides a selected bibliography of books, articles, dissertations, etc. on the subject of Shakespeare and music.

SIWES publications include : Women and Economic Hard Times ; Single Mothers on Welfare, The Trap we’re in ; Women, Poverty and Public Policy (1985) ; and Towards Women’s Equality in the Workplace (1993).

Fonds consists of a variety of SIWITT conference minutes and correspondence from 1992-2004, incorporation records from 1985-2005, conference evaluations, financial records, and some photographs. Fonds also includes plans for public events, group outings, lobbying action correspondence, and recruitment. There are also organization newsletters, newspaper clippings, tape cassette and VHS recordings of conferences, speeches, interviews and a recruitment VHS.
