The collection consists of one printed leaf on paper with glossed text. Gloss on verso encircles text proper. Sections marked by red and blue initials. Page numbers XXVII and DI in red. 285 x 427 mm. Circa 1500. Includes one manuscript leaf on parchment. Eight lines or music on recto, ten lines of music on verso. Staff lines and first letters are in red. On recto is hymn “Quemque pastores vigils adorant,” followed by Angelus, which continues to verso. Second unidentified hymn on verso. 285 x 432 mm. Circa 1500. Also includes a letter from Pierre Elliott Trudeau (June 25, 1997) and a letter from Timothy Findley (May 1, 2000).

Collection consists of rare and difficult to obtain limited distribution documents relating to specific case studies, most of which have been printed and distributed by governments and industrial agencies. They generally contain environmental data, and may have interpretive sections. Some documents contain copies of government permits and associated correspondence. The collection is arranged in five primary research subjects: Pulp and Paper Mills, Toxicolocy, Victoria Sewage, Coast and Island Mines, and Regional Collections. Each subject is divided into case studies. Within each case study, documents are arranged in alphabetical order by author.

The collection consists of ancient documents, including a cuneiform tablet and an Egyptian hieroglyph; Medieval and Renaissance documents from England, France, Spain and Italy, 1243-1599, including deeds, charters, illuminated manuscript leaves, letter, letters patent, papal bulls, fragments from religious manuscripts, manuscripts on medicine and magic, a catalogue of English armorial shields, statutes of the Garter, and a manuscript of a Spanish Armelite prioress; modern literary and political manuscripts, records, and autographs, including policies of assurance, letters, and World War I and World War II surrender documents; autographs of various world figures; maps of Europe, Asia and North America; medals, decorations, and flags, mostly from Europe.

Video primarily documents the Fashion Shows and Follies, held at the end of the conference. Footage also includes seminars, luncheon speakers, Outreach Institute awards banquets, video titled “Our Gal Jane”, and exhibit at Berta Walker Gallery by Helen Strong. Two cassettes include pages of time stamps and notes regarding performances.
