Fonds consists of records created and used by Segger in his activities with the B.C. Heritage Trust and Advisory Board, the Heritage Canada Foundation, the City of Victoria Heritage Advisory Committee, the Esquimalt and Nanaimo Railway Committee, and with projects by University of Victoria students in architecture history. Fonds includes summaries of heritage preservation projects, minutes, correspondence, architectural drawings, newsclippings, policy statements, proposals for scholarships and building projects, newsletters, conference material, zoning information, flow charts, membership surveys, and architectural history projects undertaken by Segger's students; records of Segger's books and articles about Samuel Maclure; and, copies of photographs of houses designed by Maclure.
The collection consists of clippings about the theatre from various publications, mostly London newspapers. Also included are 44 leaves of handwritten entries about plays attended (1884-1888). It is not known who compiled the volume.
The fonds consists of programs, brochures, clippings and photographs, arranged by production. Fonds consists of five series: Board records; Production records and prompt scripts; Administrative records including contracts, royalties, business plan, correspondence, cast files, equity, and agreements with International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees; Fund raising records including projects, individual donors, major donors, casinos, and special events; and Marketing records including sales reports, radio ads, campaigns, marketing samples, study guides, press ads and clippings, Box Office subscriptions and telemarketing files.

Fonds consists of manuscripts, correspondence, family documents, photographs, memorabilia about Georgia and Abkhazi family, and miscellaneous pamphlets. The manuscripts include a typescript of "Manuscript of (Mrs.) Peggy Pemberton-Carter written during internment in Lunghua Prison Camp, Shanghai", accompanying watercolours by Deirdre Fee and Lilian Schlee; typescript of "Dragon Aunt Remembers, 1900-1980", unpublished; photocopy of typescript "The Curious Cage", and an extensive photograph collection of the development of the Abkhazi garden.
Fonds includes the following series: theatre scrapbooks, 1941-1991; biographical material, 1939-1994; programs and printed material, ca. 1938-1986; photograph series, 1947- ca.1987; audio-visual media series, 1946-ca.1992; and theatre poster series, 1950-1978.
The collection consists of a sketchbook with drawings largely of churches, country houses, and other architectural subjects. It includes a few loose and pasted-in sketches at the back. There is a poem of unknown derivation under the first sketch in the book, preceded by an index to 62 sketches dated 1821-1824. Later sketches are pasted in or loose.
