The fonds consists of papers, files, documents, and books. Includes drafts of Di Castri's published works, correspondence and opinion letters on land title matters, draft legislation and policy documents, manuals, and his personal daily planners. Also inlcudes a large collection of legal books, including law reports, treatises and statutes, and legal periodicals.
Fonds consists of photographs (which are mostly photocopies), concert programmes, correspondence, newspaper clippings, posters, meeting minutes, and sheet music related to the Victoria Balalaika Orchestra. Also included are copies of the Balalaika and Domra Association of America (BDAA) Newsletter.
The fonds consists of typewritten and handwritten manuscripts, certificates, newspaper, maps, and photographs. The manuscripts are Victoria Boritch's personal memoirs about her family and life in Russia and China, as well as vignettes of various people and events in the 1930's to 1950's. They include details of her neighborhood and schooling in Shanghai and the Russian emigre community. The photographs and photograph albums are of Victoria Boritch and her family taken in Russia, China, and Canada between ca. 1915-1952.

The correspondence series consists of correspondence and related documentation with or regarding Actors' Equity Association, Attendance, Board of Governors, Emily Carr Centenary, Greater Victoria Centennial 71, McPherson Playhouse, Ottawa trip, and Victoria Fair Council. The financial series consists of budgets and accounts for 1969, 1970, and 1971.
The fonds consists of administrative and education program records. Materials include all annual reports; board minutes; service descriptions; some funding requests; several summaries of the history of the organization at points in time; research pertaining to effectiveness of the programs; studies and papers written by social work students and staff; submissions to government; educational and program materials for all program areas in the area of treatment programs for men, support groups for women, community education, materials used in prison settings; some other program and educational materials from other programs and research that helped to shape the agency programs. Descriptions of large community development projects initiated by the Society - eg: the Mayor's Advisory Group on the Prevention of Spousal Violence and Elder Abuse that led to the regional Violence Against Women in Relationships Coordinating Committee.
