Fonds includes notebooks and lists recording hours worked and money earned from his writing; notes, variant drafts and proofs for his novels, short stories and poems, as well as news clippings and other research material; variant drafts of an unpublished play; variant drafts of essays, articles and book reviews; brochures and other ephemera.
Fonds consists of a variety of SIWITT conference minutes and correspondence from 1992-2004, incorporation records from 1985-2005, conference evaluations, financial records, and some photographs. Fonds also includes plans for public events, group outings, lobbying action correspondence, and recruitment. There are also organization newsletters, newspaper clippings, tape cassette and VHS recordings of conferences, speeches, interviews and a recruitment VHS.

Fonds consist primarily of the correspondence and manuscripts of Dr. Michael Waldichuk specific to environmental issues on the Canadian Pacific coast. The fonds consist of four series: Personal, Cine-film, Pacific Coast Entire, and Pacific Coast Regions. The Personal series contains correspondence, records containing information about Dr. Waldichuk’s academic and professional career, and a bibliography of publications written by Dr. Waldichuk. The Cine-film series consists of 275 metres of film documenting survey procedures, particularly at Crofton Pulp Mill. The Pacific Coast Entire series consists of documents relating to the Pacific Coast as a whole. Pacific Coast Region consists of documents organized into 15 sub-series identified by environmentally distinct regions. The fonds also contains publications received by Dr. Waldichuk in the course of his activities.
The fonds consists of material relating to Lyons's work as a BC Parks developer, botanist, author, lecturer, independent documentary filmmaker, wildlife photographer, and world traveller. It includes a variety of textual records, moving images, photographic materials, sound recordings, and maps. The fonds has been arranged into six series: 1) published materials; 2) scripts; 3) field notebooks; 4) photographic materials; 5) audiovisual materials; and 6) miscellaneous records.
The collection consists of a complete set of decisions, listed in date order; and a complete set of proceedings, filed in alphabetical order by name of complainant. Many cases concern discrimination on the basis of sex, age and ethnic origin.

The collection primarily reflects the artistic and related published output of Barbara Jean, and is relatively homogeneous; it consists of over 4600 items, primarily original drawings and their derivations, in pencil and ink, in black and white and colour, as well as notes and correspondence, and black and white and colour photographs. Digital copies of drawings found in the analogue files, and digital images for which there is no corresponding analogue image are found on 17 CDs. The collection also includes some material from Burman’s later life unrelated to Barbara Jean and the cross-dressing community. The collection consists of the following groupings identified by the collector or the creator: binders of original drawings and their derivations, and related photographic and textual materials; folders identified as “working files” consisting of drawings and their derivations, related photographic and textual materials; and CDs consisting of digital images, for which there may or may not be corresponding analogue images.

Also includes an Easter 1976 b&w photograph of Malcolm Archibald, Patricia Hughes and Jim Campbell; a copy of Bulldozer newsletter; and an unpublished article by Stu Vickars for Kick It Over (2007). Also includes a CD-R copy of an interview with Jim Campbell from the 1990s re the Ontario "Dragonfly Commune" from the 1970s-1980s. The fonds reflects Babarash's activities primarily relating to prisons and prisoners' rights, and also consists of audio cassettes, correspondence, newspaper clippings, posters, publications, sketches, video cassettes, and an extensive collection of newsletters.
