The fonds consists of two series: Committee records, and Questionnaires. The Committee records include minutes, drafts, and supplementary material relating to the preparation of the final brief. The questionnaires document grants received between 1960 to 1967 by UVic faculty members; they are arranged alphabetically by departments and individual faculty members, and include departmental summaries of the results.

The Administration series includes correspondence, reports, and budget files. The Committees series includes Equal Rights and Opportunities, Traffic and Parking, and Bird Populations (Skylarks). The Facilities Management series consists of files on building projects and landscaping and often includes plans. The Project Files series documents building projects that have assigned numbers. The Properties series includes legal transactions relating to purchase, sale, or leasing property; it also documents legal disputes with contractors. The Solicitor's Opinions series documents issues relating to Labour Relations Board hearings.

The fonds consists of 12 exhibit panels, and research files relating to the development of the exhibit. Files are arranged in the following series: Exhibit, Natural History, Straits Salish Songhees, Hudson's Bay Company, Early Settlers, Gordon head Settlers, Gordon Head Military, Gordon Head Campus, Miscellaneous.

The fonds consists of edited and unedited videocassettes; and textual material that includes UVTP history; daybooks, 1983-95, arranged by date; and subject files, 1983-92, arranged by date and subdivided by title of video. The subject files contain a variety of material for each video produced, which may include proposals, budget, correspondence, script, working notes, agreements, publicity and cheque requisitions.
