The fonds consists of a pen and ink cartoon (10 drawings), plus a pen and ink decorated covering card with "Many Happy Returns, 31st January 1915. On the verso of the card is another small cartoon. Two photograph faces have been pasted on figures; one on the front of the card, the other on drawing 5 of the cartoon.
The fonds consists of a volume of red leather with gold decoration. The title is printed in pencil on the inside of the front cover. There are thirty-nine clippings of the cartoons pasted in. A few have legends and another few are identified in pencil. Pasted to the front flyleaf is a holograph pass to the gallery of the House of Commons issued to Mr. Maude by Robert Ferguson on March 27, 1830.
The fonds consists of an envelope containing 10 fiche of Tremayne's plays. In addition, there is a photocopy of a 2 p. typescript on Tremayne, with a 2 p. attached list of the plays of Tremayne that have been microfiched.
The fonds consists of a MS notebook (photocopy) and transcript of Major Charles McDowall Smyth's account of the end of WWI and the Armistice, dated Nov. 12, 1918. Smyth was in the Canadian Engineers in France and Belgium. Biographical materials include photocopies of photographs and obituary.
The fonds consists of a handwritten score of "Musique Intimes: 1. Cloitre" by Schmitt. At the end, it is signed with the place (Montreux) and date. In pencil, on the top left hand corner beside the title, is the inscription "a Maurice Ravel" (1875-1937). There is also an ink inscription on the top right hand corner (in French) signed by Emile Verhaeren (1855-1916).
The fonds consists of a handwritten letter from Thea Rabe-Staadt to Young requesting permission to translate his "Letters From Solitude" into German; a handwritten letter and a typewritten letter from Young to Mr. Cazenove (literary agent); a typed letter from The Literary Agency of London (Cazenove) to Rabe-Staadt re Filson Young; a handwritten letter from Rabe-Staadt to C.F Cazenove (reply - in German).
The fonds consists of a typescript (photocopy) about Group Captain J.R.D. "Bob" Braham, operations record book entries, photocopies copies of combat reports, together with a package of negatives of the photographs included in the typescript.
