Fonds consists of records documenting the Society’s planning and presentation of its annual concert series and of its workshops, the latter presented from 1985 to 1994. It has been arranged into three series: Administration; Concerts, Events and Artistic files; and Fundraising and Development.

There are also manuscripts and transcripts of many poems, short stories, and essays, as well as handwritten brainstorming notes written on hotel paper pads and airplane bags. Book reviews for the Times Colonist, correspondence and work regarding the Al Purdy-Doug Beardsley Papers collaborative work, There are also many hand written journals kept by Beardsley from approximately 1969-2017.

The fonds consists of a manuscript of poetry by Henry Richard Sands, correspondence re Sands, biographical sketches of Sands written by his children, a photograph of Sands, and a photograph of Sylvia E. (Sands) Johnson.
The collection consists mostly of blue "ditto" typescript reproductions of poems and prose by the groups contributors. They appear to be limited copies for consideration amongst the group participants. Also included is a corrected typescript copy of "Stacked-Verse"(Aug., 1962, 40 pp.) by Lionel Kearns. Among the contributors represented are George Bowering, Fred Wah, Judy Copithorne, Rona Haddon (Murray), David Bromige, Clark Coolidge, John E. Hill, James Reid, Dan McLeod, Linda Wagner, etc.
