The fonds consists of photographs of transgender women at various clubs and events in New York City during the 1980s and 1990s, as well as photographs of panel discussions, marches and events from 2000-2020. The locations include: Fabric Factory Club, Speed Limit 55 Club, New York University (NYU), Lucky Cheng's, St. Mark's, the CBGB & OMFUG Club, the Pyramid Club, the Silver Swan, and Meow Mix Club. The majority of the photographs were taken at Fabric Factory and Speed Limit 55.

The collection consists of 26 VHS cassettes and 1 Betacam cassette, documenting several years of the Fantasia Fair trans* conference in Provincetown, Massachusetts. Video primarily documents the Fashion Shows and Follies, held at the end of the conference. Footage also includes seminars, luncheon speakers, Outreach Institute awards banquets, video titled “Our Gal Jane”, and exhibit at Berta Walker Gallery by Helen Strong. Two cassettes include pages of time stamps and notes regarding performances.

The fonds consists of documents relating to Celu Amberstone's writing career. Records consist of poetry, playscripts, children's prose, notes for readings, publishing contracts, review clippings, correspondence, and acceptance and rejection letters from publishers and editors. The fonds also includes a proof copy of The Dreamer's Legacy by Celu Amberstone, and House of Commons Special Committee on the Disabled and Handicapped publication, "Native Population: Follow-up Report" (1981), which features a profile of Amberstone/Barbara Smith. The fonds is also comprised of digital text files of Amberstone's writings and e-book versions of her publications.

The fonds consists of Caroline White's research towards her M.A. thesis, "Re/defining gender and sex: educating for trans, transsexual, and intersex access and inclusion to sexual assault centres and transition houses" (Vancouver: University of British Columbia, 2002). Her research touches on discrimination, activism, violence, women-only spaces, gender theories, critical race theory, disability studies, and legal cases. Material includes research papers, articles, committee documents, zines, pamphlets, clippings, and correspondence.

The fonds consists of textual records, photographs and ephemera from Charles Moore's service in the English Royal Marines Band and the Royal Canadian Naden Band in Esquimalt, B.C. The fonds is divided into four series: textual records, ephemera, photographs, and sheet music. Textual records include official documents and certificates, correspondence, a resume, military narratives, newspaper clippings, and drawings. Ephemera includes medals, badges, clothing and accessories, souvenirs, small music equipment, a cassette, and diary. Photographs include a green photograph album and photographs rehoused from a blue binder, depicting subjects such as military bands, Moore's fellow soldiers and bandmates, naval ships, scenes from countries visited by the Royal Marines Band after WWII, and Moore's family. Sheet music includes arrangements by Moore for instruments and conductor, as well as his original composition, Original March.
