Fonds consists primarily of photographic prints, negatives and contact sheets of historic buildings and properties - preparatory material for Franklin’s co-authored publications on Victoria’s architecture. The fonds is arranged in four series: photographs - Victoria: A History in Architecture, 1843-1929; photographs - Exploring Victoria’s Architecture; architectural drawing - East School elevation (Lord Strathcona School), Vancouver, BC, 1897; and publications and printed matter.

Fonds consists of materials to Hoffman's professional and research activities and reflects his involvement in the BC theatre community. Topics include: aboriginal performance, Carroll Aikins, British Columbia Theatre Conference, British Columbia theatre history, Llewelyn Bullock-Webster, Hamasta ceremony, Inkameep School, New Play Centre, "Nootka Sound , or Britain Prepar’d,""Oxford Companion to Canadian Theatre," "Playing the Pacific Province," Sydney Risk/Everyman Theatre, Theatre Energy, Theatre North West, Theatre One, Vancouver theatre history, Victoria theatre history, and the Western Canada Theatre (Company).
The fonds includes video recordings from the BC Theatre Conferences and audio interviews with Burton Lancaster, Garry Davey, Catherine Caines, Donna Spencer, David Ross, Robert Simon, Len Marchand, Ken Fayrholdt, Ann Adamson, Peggy Bernier, Judith Ceroli, Dorothy Davis, Nick Hutchinson, Cathy Marrion, Mavor Moore, and Phoebe Smith.

Fonds consists of records created and used by Segger in his activities with the B.C. Heritage Trust and Advisory Board, the Heritage Canada Foundation, the City of Victoria Heritage Advisory Committee, the Esquimalt and Nanaimo Railway Committee, and with projects by University of Victoria students in architecture history. Fonds includes summaries of heritage preservation projects, minutes, correspondence, architectural drawings, newsclippings, policy statements, proposals for scholarships and building projects, newsletters, conference material, zoning information, flow charts, membership surveys, and architectural history projects undertaken by Segger's students; records of Segger's books and articles about Samuel Maclure; and, copies of photographs of houses designed by Maclure.

Fonds consists of manuscripts, correspondence, family documents, photographs, memorabilia about Georgia and Abkhazi family, and miscellaneous pamphlets. The manuscripts include a typescript of "Manuscript of (Mrs.) Peggy Pemberton-Carter written during internment in Lunghua Prison Camp, Shanghai", accompanying watercolours by Deirdre Fee and Lilian Schlee; typescript of "Dragon Aunt Remembers, 1900-1980", unpublished; photocopy of typescript "The Curious Cage", and an extensive photograph collection of the development of the Abkhazi garden.
