Derrick Mallard was the chairman of the CRD Waste Management Advisory Group from 1988-1990.

Series consists of records related to the Mallards’ activities with the Citizens Association to Save the Environment (C.A.S.E.), on the following environmental topics and issues: agriculture, air quality, aquaculture, bovine growth hormone (BGH), biotechnology, butterflies, climate change, energy, food and nutrition, gypsy moth, Heals Gun Range (noise control), health freedom and natural medicine, nitinol, pesticide, plant breeder’s rights, Saanich Inlet, sewage, Stockholm resolutions, sustainability and growth, transportation, war and resources, water, and west coast environmental law.
