The grants series consists of correspondence and applications to the BC Cultural Fund, Canada Council, Intermunicipal Committee, and the Koerner Foundation. The correspondence series consists of correspondence and related documentation with or regarding Actors' Equity Association, Attendance, Board of Governors, Emily Carr Centenary, Greater Victoria Centennial 71, McPherson Playhouse, Ottawa trip, and Victoria Fair Council. The diaries include short daily entries about weather, students, appointments and household activities. On occasion, the back page of annual diaries contain a list of items such as orchestra compositions and rents paid. The donation also included a tin sign for Scott's music studio: "Percy Scott Studio: mandolin, guitar etc."
