Fonds consists of records documenting the administrative and operational activities of the society including general business files, correspondence, financial records, personnel files, publicity, outreach and reviews, scripts, graphic records, audio and video tapes, scrapbooks and posters, and logbooks and notebooks.

Fonds includes the following series: Departmental meeting minutes, 1964-69, 1972-82; Planning for Theatre building, 1975-81; Theatre production, 1963-83; Theatre production for Phoenix Summer Theatre, 1972-81, 1986-87; Theatre production for Senior Secondary Summer Theatre Workshop, 1966-82; Theatre production scripts, 1964-89; Theatre production photographs, 1965-83; Theatre production slides, 1963-86.

Collection consists of material compiled by Elsie Allan concerning theatre in Victoria and other locations in B.C. and in England. The collection includes notebooks of annotated scripts, scripts of plays, announcements and notices of meetings of the Victoria Theatre Guild, programmes of amateur and professional performances in Victoria, New York, and England, and programmes of the British Columbia, Dominion, Kelowna, and Vancouver Island Drama Festivals.

Also includes Allan's photographs of Victoria and Field, B.C., Camp Petawawa, Salisbury, England, France and unidentified B.C. locations during World War I. Many of the photographs depict the military.

Fonds consists of 8 series: General files; Fringe productions, 1990 (by title); Interview Transcripts; Reviews (by city); International festivals; Scripts; Programmes of fringe festivals (by city); Programmes of individual productions (unsorted); Publicity for individual productions (unsorted); and Videocassettes of productions. Cities include: Edmonton, Halifax, Montreal, Saskatoon, Toronto, Vancouver, Victoria and Winnipeg.

Fonds consists of materials that document many of the performances given by Kaleidoscope Theatre Productions, as well as the writing and directing activities of Liz Gorrie. Fonds includes both bound and unbound scripts, director’s notes, photocopies of newspaper and magazine articles, music sheets, programs, advertisements, two photographs, VHS tapes, audiocassette tapes, compact disks, one 8mm videotape and one floppy disk.

Fonds consists of five series: Board records; Production records and prompt scripts; Administrative records including contracts, royalties, business plan, correspondence, cast files, equity, and agreements with International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees; Fund raising records including projects, individual donors, major donors, casinos, and special events; and Marketing records including sales reports, radio ads, campaigns, marketing samples, study guides, press ads and clippings, Box Office subscriptions and telemarketing files.

Fonds consists of working files, photographs, slides and tapes documenting the activities of the Wild Horse Summer Theatre Company, at Fort Steele Historic Park, Fort Steele, B.C. Fonds includes proposal for a theatre project at Fort Steele and related correspondence, membership contracts with the cast, audition forms, press releases, financial records, floor plans, lighting and sound instructions, newsclipping with reviews of play, Parks Board historical notes, final reports by Murray Edwards and Tony Bukowiecki, and designs of the Wild Horse Summer Theatre logo; publicity photographs; slides of historic scenes in southeastern B.C., used in "The Life and Death of Sneaky Fitch", and slides of cast members at Fort Steele Park; and taped performances of "The Life and Death of Sneaky Fitch".
