Fonds reflects Siebner’s intellectual and philosophical interests and ideas on art and life; his interactions with galleries, friends, family and patrons; travels; involvement in the Limners; pre-publication work for his monographs and other books; promotion and sale of art; and public art commissions.
The fonds consists of personal writing and poetry, correspondence, sales lists, inventories, exhibition announcements, sketches, clippings, photographs, film and video, prints and drawings.

Tom Sanderson fonds

The fonds consists of an album of photographs taken when Sanderson was living in Egypt. Most are taken in Egypt but there are a few taken in other African locales and the Middle East. The photographs are mainly of the landscape and tourist attractions, but there are a few of military bases and equipment. Also included is a photo of Sanderson (ca. 1930).

Harrison Brown fonds

The fonds consists of contact sheets of 19 rolls of film taken during Brown's trip to China, including views of palaces, Buddhist temples, mountains in northern China, the Great Wall of China, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Canton. Each has an accompanying page, identifying the photographs, copied from Brown's field notes, copies of the original 35 mm negatives (reverse view), and a photocopy of a map of China with Brown's route traced in red. Also included are six photographs, made from the negatives, for an article in "The Ring Research Bulletin", and given to SC by UVic Public Relations in 1993.

J. Allan Rutherford fonds

The fonds consists principally of an album of photographs, taken while Rutherford served in Egypt and Palestine. The photographs are mostly scenic ones of Egypt, but also includes some pictures of the war zone in Palestine and a few pictures of WWI airplanes and his fellow Flying Corps members. Also included in the fonds are loose scenic postcards of Ismailia, Egypt.

Laszlo Hudec fonds

The fonds consists of approximately 550 presentation drawings, sketches, conceptual drawings, working drawings, technical drawings (inclusive of blueprints), travel sketches and photographs. These include exterior and interior renderings of plans and designs for work produced in both Europe and in China. The architectural collection consists of works by Hudec and two other unknown authors. The work of Hudec is transcribed in English, German and Chinese characters. The work of the unknown authors is transcribed in Hungarian and German. There are also 2 boxes of textual records including notes, notebooks, photo albums, documents, letters, memos, scrapbooks, photos, legal records, rare journals, and newspapers clippings.
