Administrative history
The Board was established in 1960 to collect and dispense funds for the construction of new buildings and equipment, as authorized by the Victoria College Council. The functions of the Board were later assumed by the University of Victoria. Floyd Fairclough assumed the position of Development Manager on 1 September 1960.
