Administrative history

The Victoria College Players Club was formed in 1923 in the autumn term. The first committee was composed of George Vincent (President), D'Arcy Marsh (Vice-President), Dolly Payne (Secretary), Ray Bowers (1st Year Rep), and Charlie Ozard (2nd Year Rep). Fifty members joined the club. Roger Bishop directed several productions, the last of which was "Night Must Fall" performed in 1951.
